A Florida Departmental Agency recently created a new team approach to communicate with other agencies in their service process; it utilizes a "squad" of eight people representing different agency investigating organizations. Their objective is to share information more efficiently to solve agency issues within the state of Florida. 

 

+HSA designed an open office floor plan that provided three distinct "bullpen" studio areas where eight people could work together closely. The studios are organized around conference areas where the gathering and sharing of information occurs. The design also took advantage of the large existing windows and allowed for a significant amount of natural light into all offices and studios.
