Founded on the idea that there had to be a better way of practicing architecture, Hoy+Stark Architects (HSA) was started in 2006 with the fundamental belief that design is a service - a philosophy that can be found in everything we do.
We now employ 3 people - two licensed architects, a graduate/project manager with extensive experience in the field and pursuing registration. It is an office of professionals and that is by no accident – Principals Pat and Monty recognized that employing very smart and very talented people would make them a stronger firm. Everyone employed at HSA has the opportunity to one day own part of the company. As an all-inclusive practice, all employees have a seat at the table.
The American Institute of Architects Florida (AIA Florida) recognized +HSA as the Firm of the Year in 2017. The selecting jury commented that Hoy+Stark "embodies design, community services, education, and service to AIA in a very strong manner...[the firm] is always there when there is a need for advocacy and their involvement in the community is very strong.”
