The work of this contract includes the interior renovations of Bldg. 01 and Bldg.04 at Hartsfield Elementary School.

 

The buildings combined are approximately 8,140 GSF of renovations that include, but are not limited to, the following: Bldg. 01 Administration / Office: increase lobby size and reconfigure reception spaces more efficiently. Provide clinic upgrades to accommodate 4 beds and provide the required ADA toilet room and shower. Provide a secure area for storage and testing materials. Provide at least one ADA restroom for the public and provide new HVAC.

 

Bldg. 04 Classroom Building: Provide new windows, doors, tack/marker boards, flooring, and paint in each of the six primary classrooms. Demolish all existing restrooms and provide one unisex ADA compliant restrooms in each classroom. 

 

This project was completed in August 2017. Building 01 is 2,710 GSF of interior renovations and building 04 is 5,430 GSF of interior renovations.
