The Zingales Billiards & Sports Bar project was a shell buildout in an existing building assembly space. The renovation consisted of approximately 13,000 SF with a large bar, a commercial kitchen, restrooms, office and open recreational space for billiard tables, darts, and duckpin bowling. 

 

The design incorporated a dining area adjacent to the 80 linear-foot bar that was showcased by a red suspended ceiling grid, dining tables, and a wall of televisions for a sports bar feel.  The scope of services also included HVAC upgrades, new electrical service, lighting, plumbing and fire protection systems.
